Introduction
Welcome to GrandSokha Cambodia. By using our services, which include bus, minivan, and SUV rentals with drivers for various purposes across Cambodia, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth below. Please review these carefully before making a reservation via our website, GrandSokha.com, or through our reservation team.
Reservation and Rental Terms
Airport Transfers:
GrandSokha Cambodia offers reliable pickups and drop-offs to all major airports in Cambodia. Our rates are inclusive of the vehicle dispatch based on your flight’s scheduled arrival, a professional driver, fuel, insurance, tolls, parking fees, and applicable taxes. Our services also include complimentary refreshments and on-board amenities for your comfort.
- Booking Time Frame: Reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the intended service date.
- Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pick-up time may not be eligible for a refund.
- Waiting Policy: The driver will wait for up to 90 minutes after the flight has landed at no extra charge. For non-airport pickups, the wait time is up to 30 minutes.
Point-to-Point Transfers:
We provide direct transfers between locations within service areas in Cambodia. Fees for waiting time beyond the initial 30 minutes or for making additional stops will be applied.
- Extra Stops: Up to 3 additional stops are allowed per trip, each costing a nominal fee, provided they are along the route to the final destination.
Hourly Rentals:
Our vehicles can be rented on an hourly basis, subject to a minimum duration, which allows for multiple stops and flexibility in your travel itinerary.
- Minimum Duration: A minimum of three hours is required for all hourly bookings.
Special Events:
Pricing for special events such as weddings, corporate functions, and large gatherings may vary. Please contact us for detailed information and custom pricing.
How do I book and pay?
It is always advisable to verify seat availability before booking a reservation.
We accept SSL Secure payments through PayWay and by card (Visa, Master Card, UnionPay, JBC, and others).
- The tour page allows you to select the number of visitors and dates you wish.
- Then, by clicking the BOOK NOW option, you may add the amount of tickets you desire to purchase online to your shopping cart.
- Finally, you may check out from your shopping cart with a credit card.
For your protection, the direct credit card payment is safeguarded and requires that you activate the One-Time Password method on your credit card. The transaction requires second-factor authentication from the credit card issuing bank, such as an OTP or SMS token.
Dear visitors, direct credit card payment is secure and required that you have this system enabled on your card.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Notice Period: For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 45 working days and will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Fees associated with third-party payment services are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy
- If you fail to meet your driver and have not notified us, you will be charged the full fare for the reservation.
Prohibited Activities
- Smoking: Smoking in any vehicle is strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a significant fine and any damages caused will also be charged to the client.
- Alcohol Consumption: The consumption of alcoholic beverages in our vehicles is not allowed.
Feedback and Complaints
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We take customer feedback seriously and strive to resolve all concerns promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
Agreement
By booking a service with GrandSokha Cambodia, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All reservations will receive a confirmation number and details via the email provided by the customer.
