1. WAIVER, INDEMNITY AND LIABILITY

As a land transfer service provider, we are committed to offering reliable transportation services to our customers. However, it’s important to note that we cannot be held responsible for any changes, cancellations, delays, losses, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances may include natural disasters, government restrictions, political issues, or any dissatisfaction with the service provided. We want to ensure that you are fully aware of these possibilities and can make informed decisions about your travel plans.
1.2
All tickets and receipts issued by GrandSokha.com or third-party suppliers shall be subject to their respective terms and conditions, and by utilizing our services, you agree to abide by them at your own risk.
1.3
You agree to indemnify GrandSokha.com, its directors, employees, agents, and assigns against any claim for loss or damage arising from the services supplied or given by or in connection with GrandSokha.com.
1.4
Any claim or demand that you, your agent, executor, heirs, or assigns may have for compensation for damages, losses, or the like from GrandSokha.com arising from injury or loss occasioned during or after the transportation service is irrevocably waived. This includes any transportation provided during the service and any illness, injury, or death during or after the service.
1.5
Luggage: We assume no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage in transit during our transportation services. We recommend the purchase of additional travel insurance coverage.
1.6
Assumption of Risks and Releases: If you participate in activities during your transportation service with GrandSokha.com, specific risks and hazards, exceptional and unforeseeable, may occur. These activities may include, but are not limited to, hiking, sightseeing, or any other form of physical exertion. Accidents in remote locations without access to medical facilities, transportation, or means of rapid evacuation and assistance; the risks of traveling in unsafe or politically unstable areas or conditions; the dangers of civil unrest, war, extortion, kidnapping, and terrorist activities; the hazards and risks inherent in activities in developing countries; and the dangers of local law enforcement activities. You at this moment expressly assume all such risks and dangers and explicitly agree to release GrandSokha.com, our agents, employees, officers, and directors from any liabilities, actions, causes of action, claims, and demands of every kind and nature that may arise as a result of or in connection with your transportation service or participation in any activities during the service.
1.7
Health Conditions and Special Assistance: If you have a physical or mental illness, disability, pregnancy, or any other condition that may pose a health risk to yourself or others during the transportation service, or if you require medical intervention or special accommodations, please notify GrandSokha.com in advance or as soon as you become aware of such a condition. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but you must let us know when you book to determine what assistance we can reasonably provide. Under no circumstances are our staff or GrandSokha.com under any obligation to physically intervene to lift and allow you access during the transportation service. You must travel with a companion who will be in charge of making the necessary arrangements on their own initiative in the event that there are significant physical obstacles for which we cannot provide a solution. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we deem unfit due to their level of physical fitness. We also reserve the right to discontinue the service at your own expense if your condition poses a risk to you or others or affects other passengers’ enjoyment of the service. Since not all medications are guaranteed to be available in the territory, those who use specific medication for essential health needs are strongly advised to carry the necessary supply of such medicines for the duration of the service, along with a medical certificate stating the condition and indicating the amount and type of medication to be taken.
2. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
2.1
Travel Insurance: We strongly emphasize the importance of purchasing travel insurance. This insurance can cover a wide range of situations, including but not limited to, any damages to yourself or third parties, economic damages resulting from transportation delays or cancellations, theft, loss of luggage, non-use of the service in specific situations, and any extraordinary situations that may occur during your transportation service with GrandSokha.com. By having travel insurance, you can have peace of mind knowing that you are protected in unforeseen circumstances.
2.2
All cancellations must be in writing and submitted via email to info@grandsokha.com. The date GrandSokha.com receives the email will be used as the date the cancellation is considered valid.
2.3
Cancellation of reservations is subject to the following refund conditions unless special conditions are agreed upon with the customer and expressed on the service confirmation:

7-10 days: 40% cancellation fee

4-6 days: 50% cancellation fee
2.3.3
2-3 days: 75% cancellation fee
2.3.4
100% penalty for cancellations received 1 day or less before the service date. In any case of refund, you will be charged all non-refundable costs, such as fees incurred by GrandSokha.com for incoming and outgoing bank transfers, administrative fees, and refund fees.
2.4
We will confirm your reservation as soon as possible after receipt of the payment. However, if we cannot secure this reservation, we will endeavor to obtain alternative arrangements. If you deem these alternative arrangements unsatisfactory, GrandSokha.com will refund your payment, subject to the conditions outlined above.
2.5
You will not be entitled to refunds for a no-show or a partially used service.
2.6
In the unlikely event that GrandSokha.com issues a misrepresentation, we want to assure you that we will take immediate action. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation referring to such misrepresentation without liability, and any payment already made will be promptly refunded to you. Similarly, if you notice any errors on our website, brochures, or other advertising and marketing materials, we encourage you to bring them to our attention. We value your feedback and will correct any errors as soon as possible. In this case, the only consequence will be the cancellation of a reservation and a refund of any payment already made, without any liability arising on behalf of GrandSokha.com.
2.7
Cancellation or substitution by GrandSokha.com: We will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide the transportation service as agreed. However, the final service may vary depending on availability and factors beyond our control. At our sole discretion, we may substitute services with similar quality for any services stated in the confirmation. If a GrandSokha.com driver cancels the service or is suddenly indisposed, we will try to find a replacement. In any case, you will not be reimbursed for all or part of the expenses for the destination that cannot be reached; if an alternative destination is agreed upon, with additional costs, the customer will bear these costs.
3. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
3.1
Any complaints should be addressed in writing to GrandSokha.com via email to info@grandsokha.com immediately or as soon as you have a practical opportunity to send the complaint. For minor inconveniences that can be resolved on the spot, please inform the driver or accompanying staff member so we can act quickly.
3.2
We aim to respond within 30 days of receiving the complaint and will try to resolve any dispute after investigating the matter with the relevant parties involved. The resolution will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
3.3
In cases where we utilize services or goods from third parties such as rental car companies, transportation providers, or other vendors (the “Providers”), GrandSokha.com assumes no liability for any personal injury, property damage, or other losses, accidents, delays, inconveniences, or irregularities that the actions or omissions of any Provider may cause. In such cases, we act only as an agent and cannot guarantee that any dispute will be resolved satisfactorily, as the resolution may be beyond the control of GrandSokha.com.
